Founded in New York City in 2008. We've outlasted three "website revolutions," two recessions, and one pandemic — and we're still here, answering our emails.

Who We Are

We are not a vendor.

Experience Solutions was built for the organizations that couldn't afford to gamble on a flashy agency that disappears after launch. Non-profits, legal firms, educational institutions — people doing genuinely important work who just need a website that functions.

Over 17 years, we've helped hundreds of clients around the world. Most of them have been with us for years. We consider "not ghosting our clients" a core competency, which apparently puts us in a minority in this industry.

We handle web development, design, hosting, SEO, email marketing, podcasts, virtual tours, chatbots, and custom applications. Think of us as a one-stop shop — except without the one-size-fits-all thinking.

Our Approach

We choose boring
technology on purpose.

There's always a new framework, a new platform, a new thing that's going to change everything. Sometimes that's true. Usually it's hype.

We pick technologies that are stable, well-documented, and that our clients can understand and maintain. We've watched agencies bet on platforms that don't exist anymore. We take a different approach: boring, proven tools — deployed brilliantly.

The result: clients who aren't rebuilding their site every three years because their last vendor loved a platform that went under.

From the Founder

I'll get straight to it.

There are two big things you should know about me if we work together.

One — I've been doing this kind of work for decades. It all started back in the 90's, when I first discovered the World Wide Web. I spent years doing the behind-the-scenes web work for major players in California, and then in DC, where I thought I'd try to change the world. I discovered creating websites for politicians wasn't the way to do that. So, after a soul-searching 6 months of travel adventure, I started my own shop. I took the best of corporate America, eliminated the bad (I'll never have a meeting about a meeting) and built a practice that treats people with care, respect, and close to 0% PowerPoint presentations.

Two — when I say I'm in this to be your partner for problem-solving, I actually mean it. Through Experience Solutions, I've worked with hundreds of clients, and a majority of them have been with us for years. That's not by accident — it's by design. It's a result of being in this for the long haul. I know how terrible some of the development teams out there can be — I've worked with them. Being better is baked into everything we do. I know the value we can deliver when we commit to being the smart, transparent, and quality partners you need.

There's a real mess out there, offline and online, and you deserve someone who gets it and can fix it. (Well… at least the website part.)
