Motion – Apple’s weirdest UI

Maybe there are too many options.
Maybe I need to spend more time with it.
Or maybe Motion is a weird program.

Apple Motion is a very cool motion graphics tool for video but it’s weird and overwhelming. I’ve spend the last few days reading the manual and then watching videos because the manual is a throwback to 1970’s stereo instructions.

With all of that said I’ve managed to put together an intro and outro video for the Tort Museum.

This will be the start of all the videos. It uses their cool icons and some music I made.

Outro
This will be at the end of all of the videos. Adding the smoke effect was very cool.
